Cymex Cold Sore Cream actively relieves and controls infection whilst promoting effective healing of the cracking associated from cold sores with four active ingredients. 

1. Urea -  softens the outside layer of the skin
2. Dimeticone - keeps the skin moisturised and helps prevent scabs from cracking
3. Cetrimide - is an antiseptic which helps prevent further infection of the broken skin
4. Chlorocresol - also an antiseptic which helps prevent further infection of the broken skin
